Process

1. Introduction
First, we go through the guidelines that will lead us through the therapy and we challenge our mind to let go so we can dive deep into ourselves.

2. Self reflection
Depending on which therapy we are doing we spend about 1-2 hours in painting/drawing, thinking, visualizing, realizing, etc etc...

3. Analyze
Afterwards we analyze the pictures in the light of the Vedic scriptures.
